Evergreen was engaged on one of Cameroon's major high-tension projects: the 225 kV power transmission line spanning the East and West regions. Working under KALPATARU on behalf of the Cameroon Government, our crews handled pole distribution, tower and pole erection, and cable installation across long, often remote stretches of the route. High-tension transmission demands exacting standards of safety and quality — every span surveyed, every structure erected to specification, every conductor strung and sagged to tolerance.

Delivered for HUAWEI under the Ministry of Water and Energy, this rural electrification programme brought solar power to communities across Cameroon. Evergreen's scope was end-to-end: site terracing and civil construction to prepare each location, solar installation, and the distribution and erection of poles to carry power into the communities. It is the kind of work that sits squarely in our mission — sustainable energy infrastructure that uplifts the communities it reaches.

Rural Solar Electrification Project

For the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Evergreen installed 10 kW solar systems to electrify health centers in the Bamenda area — and we continue to maintain them. Reliable power in a health facility is not a convenience; it keeps cold chains running, lights theatres, and powers equipment that patients depend on. We designed and installed for resilience, and our ongoing maintenance keeps these systems performing as critical infrastructure.

On the MTN network, working for IPT, Evergreen delivered a turnkey solar-hybrid site in the South-East. Telecom sites need power that never stops, and diesel-only sites are expensive to run. Our hybrid design pairs solar generation with storage and backup so the site stays up while cutting fuel costs and emissions — the model we believe is the future of telecom power across the region.

Solar Hybrid Installation

At B522 Danja, Evergreen delivered a turnkey 70 m telecom mast for PPL on the MTN network. Turnkey means we owned everything: foundations, the steel mast structure, and the site installation that brings it on air. Tall-mast work is unforgiving — foundations and structure must be exact, and safety is paramount at height.

Across Imo State, Evergreen delivered a series of Tricom telecom towers for PPL on the MTN network — turnkey sites at Awa (55 m), Mbaise (45 m), and Orogwe (36 m). Multi-site telecom rollouts reward a repeatable delivery system: standardised foundations, structural erection, and installation executed safely and consistently from one site to the next.
