About the project
Across Imo State, Evergreen delivered a series of Tricom telecom towers for PPL on the MTN network — turnkey sites at Awa (55 m), Mbaise (45 m), and Orogwe (36 m). Multi-site telecom rollouts reward a repeatable delivery system: standardised foundations, structural erection, and installation executed safely and consistently from one site to the next.

Challenge
Rolling out telecom towers across multiple sites demands consistency and logistics discipline — each site must meet the same standard on its own schedule.
Solution
We ran a repeatable delivery system — standardised foundations, erection, and installation — and sequenced the sites to keep crews and materials moving efficiently.
Outcome
Three Tricom towers delivered and on air across Imo State for the MTN network, on a coordinated multi-site programme.
