Harbor View Tower tops out ahead of schedule
The reinforced-concrete frame reached full height this month — a milestone delivered two weeks inside the programme.

A 12-story landmark blending retail, office, and residential life on the Douala waterfront.
Delivered as a turnkey design-build, the Harbor View Tower integrates retail at street level, six floors of Grade-A office space, and five floors of premium residences. The project introduced a hybrid energy system reducing grid dependency by 35%.
A waterfront site with a high water table and a hard delivery deadline tied to anchor-tenant lease commitments left no slack in the programme.
We dewatered and reinforced the substructure early, ran a 14-week rolling procurement calendar for long-lead façade and MEP packages, and sequenced floors so fit-out trailed the structural frame by a fixed offset.
Handed over on schedule and under budget, with the hybrid energy system cutting the building's grid dependency by 35% from day one.
