Harbor View Tower tops out ahead of schedule

This week the Harbor View team completed the final pour on level 12, topping out the structural frame two weeks ahead of the baseline programme.

Topping out early matters for more than morale: it pulls the façade and MEP packages forward, which de-risks the back end of the project where fit-out trades compete for space and time.

Credit goes to a dewatering and substructure strategy that bought us a head start on a difficult waterfront site, and to a procurement calendar that had the formwork and rebar on site exactly when the programme needed them.
